DURANGO, COLO. (AP) -- Former Ignacio Town Manager Balty Quintana is facing up to six months in jail after pleading guilty to sexual harassment and public indecency.
Quintana pleaded guilty to the charges on Thursday after prosecutors said he exposed himself to a woman he worked with at Ignacio Town Hall in March.
Quintana worked for the town for 32 years, including 20 years as town manager.
According to the Durango Herald, Quintana apologized for his behavior in a letter that referenced Brett Favre, a former NFL quarterback who was accused of sending nude photos to a woman.
The NFL fined Favre $50,000 for not cooperating in an investigation into allegations that he sent lewd text messages and photos to former Jets game hostess Jenn Sterger when they both worked for the team.
