HUERFANO COUNTY, COLO. -- One of the infamous Dougherty siblings is scheduled to appear in a Huerfano County courtroom Monday for an arraignment.
Lee Grace is suppose to appear before a judge at 10 a.m. Monday.
Brothers Dylan Stanley and Ryan Edward have scheduled appearances before a judge on Nov. 28.
All three had previously appeared in court together.
The siblings each face five counts of attempted second degree murder and first degree assault as well as other felony charges.
The charges stem from a high-speed chase and shoot-out with police on I-25.
The siblings are accused of robbing a bank in Georgia and shooting at police officers there, they may also be connected to car thefts in Utah.
