ELLICOTT, COLO. -- A former Ellicott school board member has been charged with two counts of internet luring of a child.

Stefanie Dickinson appeared in court Wednesday to hear the charges against her.

The 37-year-old is accused of sending sexual text messages to her son's 14-year-old friend.

She was arrested last month after the text messages were discovered by the boy's sister.

Dickinson resigned as board member a few days later.
