STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLO. (AP) -- A Lakewood man has been given two more months to pay restitution to victims of a ski vacation scam.

District Court Chief Judge Michael O'Hara told Nathaniel Marshall that he faces jail time and community service if he does not repay his victims. Marshall says he owes his victims between $1,000 and $5,000.

According to Steamboat Today, Marshall pleaded guilty to felony criminal impersonation and a misdemeanor computer crime.

Police say Marshall tricked people last ski season into sending him deposits on vacation rentals by representing himself as the rental agent.
