COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers have identified a suspect in a shooting that took place Monday night.
Police are looking for Danny Lopez in connection with the shooting that left a man in critical condition.
The incident took place just after 7 p.m. Monday in the 5500 block of Bonita Village Road near Palmer Park Boulevard and Powers Boulevard.
When police arrived on scene they found the victim with an apparent gunshot wound.
The initial investigation suggests that a large disturbance involving multiple people may have contributed to the shooting.
Lopez is described as a Hispanic male about 5'6'' tall.
He has multiple tattoos over his neck and face, and it is possible that he may be driving an older model white Chevy Camero.
Officers said Lopez should be considered armed and dangerous.
