DENVER (AP) -- The Colorado gaming commission plans to hold a public hearing to review a loophole that allows casinos to spread revenue across three licenses, giving them a tax break.

However, the commission does not plan to review at its October meeting a 5 percent tax cut for casinos that was approved by the commission in May.

According to the Denver Post, commissioners also will consider whether to reinstate a statewide fee of $75 per slot machine and table game that was lifted in 1999.
