Ryan and Dylan Dougherty appeared in court Monday, while an attorney representing Lee Grace appeared on her behalf.
None of the suspects entered a plea, and formal charges will be filed Aug. 22.

The infamous Dougherty siblings are scheduled to make an appearance in Pueblo courtroom Monday morning.
The three fugitives from Florida are facing multiple charges including assault of a peace officer and attempted murder.
A chase for Lee Grace Dougherty, Ryan Dougherty, and Dylan Dougherty-Stanley turned into a shootout on I-25 after Ryan fired an AK-47 toward oncoming law enforcement.
The car later crashed near Walsenburg, Colo., and Dylan was arrested on scene.
Ryan and Lee Grace ran in an attempt to escape, both were caught and arrested.
The three are also facing charges for attempted murder of a peace officer and first degree assault on a police officer in Huerfano County where the chase ended.
The siblings are expected in a Huerfano courtroom Aug. 22.
