PHOENIX, ARIZ. -- The Longmont woman accused of squeezing the breast of a TSA agent at Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport will not face felony charges.
The Maricopa County Attorney says that 61 year old Yukari Miyamae's action did not rise to the level of sexual abuse.
TSA officials said that Miyamae became angry while waiting in line to go through a body scanner.
According to a TSA report, Miyamae told the agent that if she got cancer from the body scanner, she was going to hold the agent responsible.
The agent suggested a pat down instead and that's when Miyamae allegedly grabbed the agent's breast.
