COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The woman accused in the dragging death of tow truck driver Allen Rose has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and vehicular homicide, among other charges.

Detra Farries faces multiple felony charges and 11 total counts.

The public defender had requested a continuance since they were still waiting on additional discovery, but Farries entered her plea during Friday's court appearance.

The victim, 35-year-old Allen Rose, died Feb. 23 when someone allegedly got in an SUV he was trying to tow and drove away.

The defense has also requested a change of venue.
