COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A shooting in a quiet neighborhood turned out to be a case of homicide.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department the death of a 35-year-old man has been officially ruled as a homicide.
Police found the man in the 4900 block of Hackamore drive near Flintridge and Montebello Tuesday morning.
The El Paso County Coroner's Office said that the man died from a gunshot wound.
Police said the shooting occurred following a physical altercation between the victim and the shooter, whom authorities have interviewed.
However, no names have been released and no arrests have been made yet.
