COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The Colorado Springs Police Crimes Against Children Unit has been called in to investigate after a 2-year-old child was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police said they responded to the Pinnacle apartment complex in the 6400 block of Honey Run Way in the city around 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
At the scene they found a 2-year-old girl badly injured.
