LAMAR, COLO. -- Lamar Police have arrested a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a family member.

Police arrested 44-year-old Granada resident Clifford McMillian Monday for sexually assaulting a relative. According to officers, McMillian was detained at the scene, though they didn't say when the alleged assault happened.

Officers collected evidence upon arrival Monday and arrested him.

McMillian is being charged with sexual assault, use of force and aggravated incest. He is being held on $20,000 bond.

Officers did not release any other details in order to protect the identity of the victim.
