COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Bill Hirschfield, Personal Training Department Head at Lifetime Fitness in Colorado Springs, was on FOX21 Morning News to talk about factors related to three overlapping systems and their impact on long term enjoyment of physical activity today.

They include:
* Nervous System
* Articular system
* Muscular system

"Within these systems are four foundational elements for the safe and optimal use of the human body," says Hirschfield.
* Neutral Alignment (Posture)
* Proper positioning on the Joint Stability/Mobility continuum
* Core Integration
* Center Directed Motor Programming

Hirschfield says, all are important for optimum physical health and well-being and explained more on how to achieve those goals.
