COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Fire crews have knocked down a structure fire in the 200 Block of North Chelton Road` near the intersection of East Bijou.
Officials said the fire was coming from the basement of a building that houses three businesses, including a medical marijuana dispensary.
They were working to access all three of the businesses to ensure there was no further extension of the fire.
A heavy rescue unit has been requested to help assist with securing extensive damage to the flooring and joists due to the fire.
