PUEBLO, COLO. -- A new commander is taking over the Army's Pueblo Chemical Depot where 2600 tons of mustard agent is awaiting destruction.
The Army says that Lt. Col. Timothy M. Greenhaw will assume command in a ceremony Monday.
He replaces Lt. Col. Rob C. Wittig who will attend classes at the Army War College in Pennsylvania.
Greenshaw's has served as a chemical officer and an anti-terrorism and force protection operations officer.
The Pueblo Depot stores about 780,000 shells containing mustard agent that must be destroyed under an international treaty.
