The Little Clinic
Located in select King Soopers stores across the Colorado Front Range, the Little Clinic is offering FREE blood pressure and body mass index screenings through June 30.
Additionally, educational information on heartburn and gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) will be available at all clinic locations as part of The Little Clinic’s partnership with Zantac, a company providing over-the-counter and prescription medication for heartburn relief.
The Little Clinics are staffed with licensed and board-certified nurse practitioners and/or certified physician assistants.
They are authorized to diagnose, treat and write prescriptions for common illnesses such as bronchitis, respiratory, sinus and ear infections and the flu, as well as for minor injuries.
The clinics also provide services such as physicals, flu shots, screenings and a number of other vaccinations.
Appointments at The Little Clinic are not necessary and patients will experience little or no waiting.
The Little Clinic provides care for the entire family from age 18 months and older.
The clinics take many health insurances and often are available hours when your family physician isn't.

Senior Discounts Being Cut
The deadline is looming!
Senior citizens who normally get their discount Aspen Leaf passes to Colorado State Parks better do so before June 30 if they want the same good deal they've had in recent years.
The price prior to that date for an Aspen Leaf parks pass is $35, which is half price from the $70 paid by most consumers.
After June 30, the price goes up to $60.
A lifetime pass will continue to be $175 until June 30.
After that, the price goes up to $300.
And anyone born prior to 1922 still gets a FREE pass all the time!
The new rates go into effect this summer due to cutbacks in funding for the parks.
Although many states do not offer senior discounts at all, Colorado State Parks still wants to encourage older users so came up with the new price structure.
