COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO -- The homecoming ceremony originally scheduled for Tuesday evening has been postponed until 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.

250 Fort Carson soldiers are expected to arrive back home Tuesday evening.
It is the first welcome home ceremony for the 1st Brigade Combat Team soldiers, who are returning from a 12-month deployment to southern Afghanistan.
The Raider Brigade worked closely with Afghan National Security forces.
They are due to arrive around 9 p.m. Tuesday for the ceremony being held at the Special Events Center on Post.
