PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) -- A Pueblo man accused of buying more than $20,000 worth of fuel on his former employer's credit card has been ordered to repay the money.

Ramon Ochoa-Arenivar also was sentenced Thursday to four years of probation.

The 36-year-old earlier pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a financial device.

The Pueblo Chieftain reports he was accused of using a credit card from the concrete contracting company Masset Enterprises in 2009 to buy gasoline and then sell the fuel to his friends for a profit.
