COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A disturbance outside a local nightclub turned violent Saturday when a woman was hit over the head with a baseball bat.
The assault happened just after 2 a.m. outside Sodo's nightclub in downtown Colorado Springs.
Police said a group of women were kicked out of the bar for fighting, and when they left they continued to fight in the parking lot.
They said at one point someone pulled out a bat and hit the victim, who was taken to the hospital with a cut on her head.
No arrests have been made.
