COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- If you are planning on heading out to the Air Force Academy graduation Wednesday morning, here are a few reminders of what to expect.
Falcon Stadium Gates will open at 8 in the morning, with graduates entering the stadium around 10 a.m.
Ticket holders should plan on arriving at the stadium no later than 9 a.m. due to the increase in security and heavy traffic.
Boxes, alcohol, weapons, fireworks, beverage containers, backpacks, coolers, and similar items are not allowed in the stadium.
Food and drink are prohibited with the exception of clear, factory sealed bottles of water that are 24 ounces or less.
At this time the Thunderbirds Air Show will take place at approximately 12:15 p.m.
From 10 a.m. until the Thunderbirds demonstration is complete at around 1 p.m. no one will be allowed to exit the stadium.
This event is wildly popular but spectators are reminded that stopping along I-25 to view the show is not allowed.
