PUEBLO, COLO. -- Pueblo police said another sexually violent predator has moved to the area.

A 40-year-old man, Peyton Robert Duran, is considered homeless.

He was convicted of sexual assault on a juvenile and is now on intensive supervised probation.

Police said Duran has a long rap sheet which includes convictions for armed robbery, as well as weapons and escape charges.

State law requires that law enforcement notify the public when a sexually violent predator moves into a community.

Police said there are about 514 sexually violent predators in Pueblo. They announced May 4 that another man convicted of sexual assault on a child moved to the city.
