COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Authorities said a man stabbed his friend just before 11 p.m. Sunday in the 4200 block of Forrest Hill Road.
A 23-year-old man was stabbed during the fight.
Police said the suspect, Andrew Bennett, was located nearby and taken into custody without incident.
Bennett was charged with attempted first degree murder.
According to police, the two men knew each other, and alcohol was thought to be a factor in the incident.
The victim was treated for non-life threatening injures.
