MONUMENT, COLO. -- All Monument residents are being allowed to return home after a passing train was found leaking hydrochloric acid early Wednesday morning.

Officials said because many residents have questions about the incident a flier was distributed giving people information about hydrochloric acid, what they can do for their pets, and how to make insurance claims if necessary.
