COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A 2-year-old orange tiger cat named Bartley (#0927579) is looking for a wonderful home.

Erica Meyer from the Humane Soceity of the Pikes Peak Region (HSPPR) featured Bartley as the "Pet of the Week" on FOX21 Morning News.

Meyer says he is already neutered and is ready for adoption.

"Bartley’s 'Feline-ality type' is a 'Leader of the Band'", says Meyer. "He likes to chase and play with toys, but he also likes to be petted and held. He is a very friendly cat and really enjoys all people."

Bartley's adoption fee is $68

Meyer says HSPPR has 62 cats available for adoption right now.

"As we move farther into the summer that number will increase," says Meyer. "People can prevent unwanted litters and cat overpopulation by spaying and neutering their cats."
