COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs Police officers arrived at a Burger King Friday around 10 p.m. for a reported robbery and found their suspect standing outside.

Police said they were called to the Burger King in the 300 block of South Academy Boulevard.

When they arrived they found Marquis Stephenson outside and arrested him without incident.

Employees said Stephenson demanded money and implied he had a weapon, but no weapon was ever seen. He left after making the demands and stood outside while employees watched him.

Police said no weapons were found on Stephenson. He was booked into the CJC.
