Register for zoo's spring break camps

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- There are still spots open for Cheyenne Mountain Zoo's spring break camp, "Daring Defenses", coming up March 21 - 25.

"The camp is geared toward kids ages 6 to 10", says Diane Vander Giessen, Education Interpretive Keeper/Outreach Assistant. "Each day we will explore different ways animals protect themselves".

Parents can register their children for one day or all five days. (there is a discount when registering for a full week).

The camps fun from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

The fee for zoo members is $35.25/day and non-members is $45.25/day.
