COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- One person is in custody following a disturbance at a Colorado Springs apartment complex early Monday morning.

It happened just before 1 a.m. at the Spring Creek Apartments on Westmoreland Road.

Officers received a call of shots being fired. Investigators said no one was actually hit by any bullets, but one person did suffer a stab wound to the hand.

He was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released.

Colorado Springs police said a 21-year-old man was arrested a short time later and is now charged with felony assault.
