COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- El Paso County Sheriff's deputies arrested another person allegedly involved with the Black Forest burglary cases from Jan. 9.
Twenty-year-old Nicole Y. Mobley was arrested Friday, and deputies are searching for 31-year-old Sergio Rivera. They are the fourth and fifth people to be identified in the burglary ring, with Mobley being the fourth arrested.
Mobley is being charged with second degree burglary, a class three felony; and theft by receiving, a class two misdemeanor.
Rivera is being sought on charges of abuse of a corpse and theft. Both charges are class two misdemeanors.
Rivera is believed to be the last person known to be in possession of the stolen urn which holds the remains of Terry Herrle. The urn was stolen Jan. 9 in Elbert, Colo.
Authorities say because of the investigation and subsequent search warrants, hundreds of items have been recovered, worth thousands of dollars. These items include: guns, jewelry, coins, electronic equipment, power tools, stamp collections, and credit cards.
