Garza was convicted of attempted sexual assault on a 12-year-old girl by a person in position of trust back in 2001. He also failed to register as a sex offender in 2007.
Garza is a 5'3" Hispanic man, 149 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is currently homeless in the area of Bijou Street and Spruce Street.
