-Cheyenne Mtn Air Force Station: 2 hrs late for non-mission-essential staff
-Fort Carson: 2 hrs late for non-mission-essential staff
-Peterson Air Force Base: A two-hour delayed reporting for all non-essential personnel
-Schriever Air Force Base: 2 hrs late for non-mission-essential staff

School Districts:
-Academy School District 20: Closed
-Colorado Springs School District 11: 2 hour delay, No AM preschool
-Lewis-Palmer School District 38: Closed UPDATE
-Falcon District 49: Closed UPDATE
