COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The 2011 employment outlook for Colorado Springs was described as “stagnant,” and “one of the weakest in the nation,” by a Manpower Inc. survey released today, qaccording to the Colorado Springs Business Journal.
Only 11 percent of the Colorado Springs companies interviewed plan to hire more workers in 2011, 14 percent plan to reduce staff, and 71 percent say they will keep staff at current levels.
The survey predicts a three percent net loss for Colorado Springs.
