Police investigating a shooting

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- Colorado Springs police are investigating a shooting in the 2100 block of Delta Drive.

A man was found lying outside of an apartment around 5 p.m. Friday suffering from a gun shot wound and was taken to a local hospital.

The man is currently in critical but stable condition.

Witnesses said two black, slender males ran from the scene.

Officers searched the area for suspects with K-9 help, but couldn't find the two men.
