PUEBLO COUNTY, COLO. -- Pueblo County deputies are looking for 28-year-old Augustin Martinez after Martinez stole a car and threatened a woman and her children in what deputies are calling a domestic violence case.
The woman claims Martinez stole her car and made the threats at the Loaf 'N Jug on Spaulding Avenue in Pueblo West.
Martinez has an active warrant for failing to appear on a previous case, and is wanted for questioning in a separate case in Pueblo. Deputies expect to charge him with felony eluding, domestic violence, motor vehicle theft, and charges relating to an attack earlier in the week.
Deputies are encouraging anyone with information on Martinez's whereabouts to call the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office or Pueblo Police Department.
