City holds "E-Town Hall Meeting" Thursday

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The City of Colorado Springs will hold its annual public E-town hall meeting Thursday to discuss the 2011 General Fund budget.

It will be from  from 7 - 9 p.m.

Citizens are invited to participate any one of the following ways:

* Attend in person at City Council Chambers, City Hall, 107 N. Nevada Ave.
* Watch the meeting live on SpringsTV, cable channel 18
* or at www.SpringsGov.com
* Phone in comments to 385-5961

The meeting will begin with a brief introduction of the 2011 Budget.

Members of City Council and City staff will then be available to take comments, questions, ideas and other input from citizens.

Input submitted electronically will be read aloud as time allows.
