CANON CITY, COLO. -- Update:
The Canon City Police Department has deactivated an Amber Alert for 3-year-old Sereniti King.
Officals said her father, 29-year-old Gregory King, is in custody of the Colorado Springs Police Department.
They said Sereniti was recovered by Colorado Springs police and is not believed to have been harmed.
The investigation is ongoing and no other details have been released.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 3-year-old Canon City girl.
The Canon City Police Department said Sereniti King is white, three feet tall, 32 lbs, with shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a purple colored Tinkerbell t-shirt, light blue pants rolled up at the ankle, and pink shoes. She also has a temporary tattoo of a heart on the inside of her right bicep, and a small scar on the corner of her right eye.
Police believe she is with her father, 29-year-old Gregory King. He is described as a white male, six feet tall, 200 lbs, with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
Investigators said King assaulted his common law wife and then fled the area after the victim escaped from the vehicle. They said King may be headed toward family in Topeka, Kan. He is known to be armed with a handgun.
King is believed to be driving a 1995 red Ford Taurus with Kansas license plate #244 CUZ or 442 CUZ.
