PUEBLO, COLO. (AP) -- Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele will be in Pueblo to rally GOP voters during his national "Fire Pelosi" bus tour.

Friday's stop will be the second day of Steele's tour through Colorado before he heads to New Mexico. Republican congressional candidate Scott Tipton is expected to join Steele in Pueblo, along with other GOP challengers. Tipton is facing incumbent Democrat John Salazar.

Steele told supporters during a rally in Fort Collins Thursday that they need to help their Republican nominees so they can take control of Congress in November and unseat Democrat Nancy Pelosi as House speaker.
