COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- A pursuit with El Paso County sheriff's deputies ends in a crash Thursday night in Colorado Springs.
The incident happened just after 11 p.m. at Fillmore and I-25.
The sheriff's office says deputies were conducting a traffic stop, and when they attempted to pull over a vehicle leaving the residence the suspect fled, crashing into another vehicle just minutes later.
The suspect was arrested following a short foot pursuit and taken to the hospital as a precaution.
A female passenger was also taken to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
The occupants of the vehicle that was struck were not injured.
