EL PASO COUNTY, COLO. -- El Paso County residents are getting a look down the road at next year's budget.

The Board of Commissioners met Tuesday and said El Paso County sales and use tax revenues are expected to climb about 1.5% next year.

The county has the lowest property tax per person in ten counties -- about 3-4 times lower than others.

The increase will go towards safety and maintenance.
