COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- If you sit at a desk all day long feeling sluggish, stiff and tired you are the perfect candidate for "The Desk Workout".
Stretching and moving your body throughout the day can help reduce tension and the risk of potential injury.
Karen Kovaly with the YMCA was on FOX21 Morning News with some examples of "The Desk Workout".
"Do these exercises multiple times throughout the day, holding the stretches for 20 seconds each," says Kovaly, "And don't forget to breathe while stretching."
