BOULDER, Colo. (AP) -- A Tennessee truck driver accused of plowing through an upscale Colorado neighborhood, damaging 17 parked cars, and knocking down trees, a lamppost, street sign and fence has pleaded guilty to 37 charges, including driving under the influence.

Thirty-nine-year-old David Kent of Lebanon, Tenn., also pleaded guilty Friday in Colorado to careless driving, 17 counts of striking an unattended vehicle, and 18 counts of failing to report an accident or return to the scene of an accident.

No one was injured in the rampage through Longmont, Colo.

Kent was sentenced to 48 hours of community service, which must be completed before his Sept. 1 deployment to Afghanistan with the Tennessee Army National Guard.

He was fined $1,500 for the DUI.
