DENVER, COLO. -- Colorado's July heat wave is continuing.
Highs are expected to soar to around 100 degrees in parts of the state on Monday.
The National Weather Service says the high in Denver will be 99.
The mercury is expected to hit 106 in Ordway in southern Colorado.
Near record temperatures are also expected in Grand Junction, where the high could reach 100 degrees.
