Group Fitness Instructor with the YMCA, Nicole Miller, was on FOX21 Morning News to share the benefits of adding the BOSU to your workout regimen.
Miller says the BOSU is a great addition because it helps build core balance, improves cardio-vasuclar efficiency, speeds up metabolism and works the entire body at once.
You can exercise with the BOSU on either side, depending on the type of workout you are trying to achieve.
