Fort Carson plans memorial service for 2 soldiers

FORT CARSON, Colo. (AP) — Fort Carson is holding a memorial service for two soldiers killed in Afghanistan.

Sgt. Sean M. Durkin and Sgt. Michael K Ingram Jr. will be honored Wednesday at Soldiers' Memorial Chapel at Fort Carson.

Durkin was from Aurora, Colo. He died April 9 from wounds he suffered when an improvised bomb went off March 27.

Ingram was from Monroe, Mich. He died April 17, also from an improvised bomb.
