VAIL, Colo. (AP) — Vail Resorts Inc. is breaking ground this week on its 124-bed employee housing project in Vail.

The company is holding a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday evening for the project known as First Chair. The four-story building will have three- and four-bedroom units plus parking.
