COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. -- The Colorado Springs Fire Department reports that the three-alarm fire that broke out on Overland Drive is under control.

Officials say it took 60 firefighters around two hours to gain control over the flames.

Officials say the fire started in the kitchen and spread into an attic. Four units were burned on Overland Drive and four families have been displaced by the fire. The Pikes Peak Chapter of the American Red Cross is responding to help those families.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. No injuries were reported but officials say there are some pets missing.

Crews will remain on scene until the fire is completely out.
