Colorado's top courts moving temporary building

DENVER (AP) -- Colorado's top courts are temporarily moving to the Denver Newspaper Agency building as crews get ready to make room for construction of a new permanent court building.

The Colorado Supreme Court and Court of Appeals will close at noon April 16 and be open for business at their temporary building on April 19. The Supreme Court library will close Monday and reopen with the other two courts.

All phone numbers remain the same. The new address for the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals will be 101 W. Colfax Ave., Suite 800, Denver, CO 80202. The new address for the Supreme Court Library will be 101 W. Colfax Ave., Suite A, Denver, CO 80202.

The courts' new $258 million building is expected to be completed by 2013.
