AURORA, Colo. (AP) -- Police say a man suspected in the shooting deaths of two people at an Aurora apartment parking lot is in custody.

Aurora police say 20-year-old Steve Earl Johnston faces charges of first-degree murder and aggravated robbery for the shootings Monday. Eighteen-year-old Jarell Jordan Rivers and 28-year-old Paul Maurice Chatman were both killed.

Police say the shootings were not random and that all the parties had agreed to meet at the Aurora site where the incident happened.

Johnston was arrested Thursday in Denver.

Police had detained two men shortly after the shooting but they were released. Police say there are no other suspects.
