THORNTON, Colo. (AP) — Northglenn police say they've arrested a man after three people were stabbed and of them died.

Police say 20-year-old Jose Juan Nunez is being held on suspicion of first-degree murder. Police say officers were called to a report of a "disturbance with weapons" early Wednesday at a Northglenn neighborhood and stopped a vehicle that was leaving the scene. Inside were two people with stab wounds and nearby was an 18-year-old man who was also injured.

The three were taken to Denver Health Medical Center, where the 18-year-old died.
