BRIGHTON, Colo. (AP) — A sheriff's official says prosecutors will decide whether to file charges in the accidental shooting of a Wyoming man at a Colorado gun show.

Adams County Sheriff's spokeswoman Sgt. Candi Baker says the shooting is still under investigation. Twenty-two-year-old Grant Edmunds, of Laramie, Wyo., was listed in good condition Tuesday at Denver Health Medical Center after being shot in his upper body Saturday at the Tanner Gun Show in the Denver Merchandise Mart.

Investigators say two other people were examining a gun at a vendor's table when a shot went off and struck Edmunds.

Loaded guns are prohibited inside the gun show and security personnel disable most guns.
