DENVER, COLO. (AP) -- A federal grand jury has charged the father of a Colorado man, accused in a terror plot, with conspiring to obstruct a criminal investigation of the matter.
A newly unsealed indictment says, Mohammed Wali Zazi conspired to destroy or conceal chemicals, glasses and masks in the criminal probe of Najibullah Zazi, who was charged in September with
plotting to attack New York City with homemade bombs.
Najibullah Zazi has pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiring to use weapons of mass destruction.
He is being held without bail in New York.
